Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Print & Apply Sales Engineer to join our team in Delhi and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Print & Apply Labeling Solutions to various industries, including Manufacturing, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and E-commerce. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, target and acquire new customers for print & apply labeling solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and offer customized solutions.
Technical & Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of print & apply labeling machines and/or related technologies.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless product integration and after-sales support.
Sales Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from inquiry to order closure.
Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, as well as an MBA, added an advantage.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Industrial Automation, Labeling, Printing or Packaging Equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
- Knowledge of industrial labeling and packaging solutions is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across assigned zone for client meetings.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software will be added advantage.
